•  A service fee  will be charged to your account if there is no prior response to the text alert and the trash can is not available/accessible to clean the day of service. 

•  Any Trash Cans with “UNBAGGED”  Animal or Human feces left in the trash cannot be emptied or wiped out after wash. 

•  If a trash bag is inside the trash can (after collection has occurred), we will remove the bag of trash, clean the can, and put the bag of trash back in the trash can.  We are not set up to take trash bags/boxes.

•  The operators will photograph any trash cans that are not cleaned as scheduled due to Cans not being emptied upon arrival for cleaning.
